Achievement of the General Safety badge requires demonstrated fundamental knowledge and understanding of safe workplace practices as required by the employer. The badge recipient understands proper occupational health and safety procedures that promote general workplace safety; this includes knowledge and skills related to workplace safety, emergency procedures, and environmental assessments, and have the following micro-badges: Workplace Safety; Environmental Inspections; Emergency Response.
